WHY ME - WHY NOW?
In order to better myself as a leader and CEO I incorporate several personal growth teachings into my business and life. I began to understand the importance of this work and its impact in creating teams and company culture when I watched how it impacted growth and employee fulfillment. This propelled me to dive deeper into studying human behavior and the information surrounding learning, retention, natural abilities, psychology, astrology, purpose and intention. Each time I gained deeper insight it had an influence into my own companies and clients. The success in my companies and the game changing knowledge I had acquired and tested lead me to my next mission writing books and teaching seminars on leadership and team building so I could help others use what I had learned. THE PEOPLE PROBLEM
Business would be easy if "people problems" weren't part of it. By creating a four part assessment with tools that allow you to understand these different perspectives it reduces the friction and conflict that occurs for all of us everyday when we come up against people who are very different from ourselves. I teach people how to then focus that information into the correct areas of your business and immediately fills the gaps that often end up becoming the downfall of a businesses ability to sustain and grow.
The analysis you will find here uses a combination of both business and personality assessments. The goal of the conflict code is to “seek to understand", with understanding you can better resolve conflict. Businesses, teams, and leaders don't fail because of similarities, harmony or likemindedness they fail when they allow conflict and a lack of understanding to erode and steal away their goals and dream. We teach you how to really focus in on the areas where people have totally different perspectives, motivations and response to topics and seek to understand why.
This analysis is a snapshot of who you will be in sync with, who you will have conflict with and why and whom will feel neutral to you. This is key to people that unlocks your pathway in business. Which then lifts the ceiling to growth, fulfillment and happiness in the work place while also unlocking your financial potential.
This combination of learning and tools became part of my process in crisis management and growth plans. Through the application of my tools and consulting my clients quickly began beating the odds and reaching the next levels of success. As more stories of these transformations and success were shared the more I was asked to come into companies and implement these tools. Companies began using the assessment and the tools to put the right person, in the right role, doing the right task, with the right reward.
